A stonemason during the rain
Pouring rain in Connecticut today, so can't lay stone. This is the challenge of being a stonemason in a climate that can be difficult at best. You have to take advantage of the hours you can work, which means I am typically at the quarry by first light on nice days, and laying my last stone well after the sun has dipped below the horizon.
I do a lot of my planning work by hand - sketching out how a wall or path is going to look, so rainy days become planning days for the Brooks Stone empire.
